Owner items may be present in closets, cupboards, and the fridge. Propane is provided, but firewood is not. Swimming and the use of kayaks, paddleboards, or other floatation devices are at your own risk, and you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from these activities. All guests acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver, and booking constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between guests and the host.
