This unit has some nice features. Application Process- We will have application information at the unit during showings (the Covid crisis is requiring us to do the process of applications paperless). The application processing fee is $40 per adult. Each adult interested will have to complete an application. We will only take certified funds for the application processing fee (cashier's check or money order or cash, no personal checks). Application Processing Fees are not refundable. Mandatory Renter’s Insurance- We do require payment of Mandatory Renter's Insurance (added $12.50 monthly for just liability coverage for the Unit only) or you can provide Proof of a Policy, but it has to cover $100,000 liability, and name the Property and Management Company as interested parties, or you are charged the $12.50.
