We run a credit check as well as a criminal background check on all of our applicants. What are the requirements for the home? Your household income must exceed 2.5 times the monthly rent. You must have verifiable income. You must have good credit history. You must have good rental history. You will be denied if you owe any money to a previous landlord or have any evictions. You must have a clean criminal background. We do not accept Section 8. What is the security deposit for the home? How much money do I need to move in? We require a security deposit as well as the 1st month rent to move in. Deposit is usually equal to one months' rent and is due within 24 hours of application approval. Lease must start within 15 days of application approval. Do you accept pets? Are there restrictions or fees? We do accept pets in most of our homes, but there are breed restrictions.
