About This Property

May 1 - November 1 this property is available as a professional or vacation rental. Current monthly availability begins after July 8, 2024. During this period nightly and monthly rates apply ($5600.00) and any nights outside the 30 day monthly period will be prorated at a nightly rate ($5600/30) Other fees include a $1500 security deposit and $235 post stay cleaning fee. Contact owner for more details. The rental rate for a minimum 30 day rental is $6 5600.00 which includes $600.00 in state and county taxes Maximum occupancy for a professional or vacation long term rental is 3 adults or 2 adults and 4 children under 18. All tenants are required to sign a rental contract. Security Deposit is required at the time of booking to hold the dates and 1st months rent is due 15 days prior to arrival and every 1st of the month thereafter. If tenant arrives after the 1st, the first month rate will be prorated at a nightly rate, monthly rate/30. If tenant requires arrival prior to May 1 or stays past Nov 1, if available there is flexibility to move 7 days in either direction. Owner reserves the right to conduct background and reference checks on all tenants and property checks during tenancy. Any stays of 2 months or more will receive complimentary "basic" monthly cleanings which will be performed by our cleaning company. Beautifully decorated the 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath waterfront canal home has spacious living areas, a large pool within a screen-enclosed lanai, outside deck and a large private dock for fishing or sunbathing and all the amenities one would expect for a professional rental. Our beautiful canal home is located in a quiet neighborhood 2 miles from the beach. Town Center Mall, the Esplanade, shopping and restaurants are all within .75 miles. This property has all the necessity one would need. The home features a roomy, fully equipped, eat-in kitchen with Stainless steel appliances and plenty of places to relax and hang out in the sitting areas. Almost every gathering room provides you with direct waterfront views. The dining table seats 6 people comfortably. The large lanai is well suited for sunny poolside breakfasts, comfortable shade in the evening for dinners, or just relax by the pool throughout the day enjoying a sports game, or movie night on the TV. The bedrooms include the master bedroom with a king bed, large private bathroom, and large closet, and a walkout entrance and view of the lanai, pool and canal. There is another bath and a half and 3 other bedrooms with a king, 2 twins and queen beds. This property is designed for split sleeping with two bedrooms one one side of the home and two on the other. Perfect for two travelers to split the rent and co exist, maximum full time long term adult occupancy is 3. This property is also perfect for a family traveling with a medical professional. Maximum full time long term family occupancy is no more than 6 (two adults and 4 children under 18). . Free WiFi and Cable TV, pool toys, beach chairs, and beach towels, a pack and play with bedding, 2 restaurant style high chairs and child booster seat, and washer and dryer complete the amenities within the rental property. Additional Amenities & Marco Island Attractions: various species of fish can be caught off the dock, complete with a cleaning station . If you prefer, drive over to the warm, white sandy beaches and waters of the Florida Gulf via three public beach access locations just minutes away. Yes, you can bring your boat ( but there is no trailer parking allowed on premise*) or you can rent one nearby With easy access to the Gulf under one bridge with 14' vertical clearance - you can enjoy the clear, beautiful waters of the Gulf within minutes, or you can boat over to a terrific waterside restaurant for lunch or dinner. All of this can be done right from the back yard and dock. Dock lift is not available for Tenants use. *Boat and Boat Trailer- RV and Commercial Vehicle Parking We welcome you bringing your boat with you as we have a large dock you can moor up to however, it is important you understand the City of Marco Ordinance on Boat and Boat Trailer- RV and Commercial Vehicle Parking. We do not have an enclosed structure for you to park your trailer or other vehicles in therefore you are not able to park your boat trailer, RV or Commercial Vehicles at our house and would need to make other arrangements for storage. Below is the Ordinance verbatim: City of Marco Island Ordinance 01-15 (9/18/01) Section 6 Supplemental Standards and Regulations 9-Boat and boat trailer parking: (a) The parking of a boat and boat trailers is prohibited except as follows: 1) When boat or boat trailer is parked within the confines of a fully enclosed structure such that it cannot be seen from any abutting property, public way or waterway. 2) On a temporary basis, not to exceed eight (8) hours, for the purpose of loading, unloading and cleaning. 3) When moored, berthed, or stored on an approved boat docking facility. b) The display of a boat for sale is prohibited RV and Commercial Vehicle Parking There are no RVS or Commercial Vehicles allowed to park in residentially zoned areas overnight unless stored in a fully enclosed structure. The largest of the 'Ten Thousand Islands,' Marco Island is six miles long and four miles wide, and boasts some 50 locally owned and operated restaurants offering cuisines of all tastes. There is live theater, eat in Cinemas, Miniature Golf, Tennis, Racket ball and wonderful playgrounds. Although during peak season January - May the Marco Island Golf Courses are for members only, Naples, just a short 20-minute drive north boasts great Luxury and Budget friendly courses open to the public.
