The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every check-out. Parking lots are located on Withers Street, one street over from the resort, with a specific Atlantica parking lot sign. A maximum of 2 spaces are allowed. Centrally located on Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach, this vacation home is close to the Myrtle Beach Strip, blocks away from the Boardwalk, and a short drive to the Sky Wheel. Boutiques and souvenir shops are also nearby. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Pets are not allowed and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Gatherings of more than 6 people, including overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500. In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25 per item for replacement. Pest Control Service days are scheduled the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month.
