About This Property

I have a bedroom available in a 2000+ sqft home in Dorchester for $800. The room comes with a very deep closet. The room is on the third floor with 2 separate sections so it’s almost like a small studio. It can still fit a full size bed on one side, a couch, desk, TV, refrigerator on the other with space to move around. Bathroom is shared (there would be 3 in total). The home is a 5 bedrooms home; my family lives on the 2nd floor but we use primarily the 1st floor bathroom. Kitchen is shared. The house is less than 10 mins walk to Fields Corners station and has a bus stop in the front of the house; it's within 10 mins walk to local supermarkets, convenience stores, laundromat, Ronan park and plenty of street parkings. Rent is $800 a month, utilities included (gas, water, electricity, wifi). Washer & dryer are not provided but there's a Laundromat less than 5 mins walk nearby. I have two small dogs and two cats so make sure you do not have any pet allergy. 1st month and security deposit; background & credit check required. Please reach out by email if interested. Seriously inquiries only.
