The ADU is in the backyard of a 1925 Craftsman, but has a private, secure gated entrance and pathway. Both homes have privacy and separateness. Partial list of furnishing includes: queen bed with Beautyrest mattress and wool duvet, percale sheets, super soft bath towels, very comfortable couch, smart TV, fully-stocked kitchen. As for location, Walk Score is 94 and Bike Score is 100—lots of great stuff nearby, including New Seasons, all the shops/restaurants/bars of Williams/Vancouver and MLK, plus Mississippi is less than half a mile away. 15-minute bike ride to downtown, and the drive is even shorter thanks to proximity to the 405. Lots of bus options as well (the 4, 44, and 6 all run regularly, plus the 24 runs up and down Fremont).
