Amazing house on a picturesque street in the West Highlands. Walk to the restaurants and shops on Tennyson and 32nd street. Downtown is a short commute of 15-20 minutes in rush hour. The house has 3 outdoor spaces including a roof deck with city views. The roof deck has a garage door that creates flowing indoor/outdoor space, a wet bar, and a half bath. Great for entertaining. There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The master suite has its own bath with a large shower with double waterfall shower heads and a dual vanity. The master suite also has a very large walk-in closet and floor to ceiling windows with power blinds. The other 2 bedrooms on the second floor share an adjoining bathroom. There is a new Electrolux front loading washer and dryer located on the 2nd floor. The house has hardwood floors throughout. First floor has sliding glass doors in the front and back. Small front porch and larger deck out back with gas hookup for a nat gas grill. The kitchen has a large island that can seat up to 5 people, Bosch appliances, quartz counters, and euro cabinets. There is a gas powered fireplace in the living room. Basement has another bedroom and full bath for visitors, in-laws, or an au pair. There is also a large recreational room we use for a gym and movie room. There is a detached 2 car garage with street parking for visitors. -Restaurants/shops on Tennyson are a 5 minute walk (.3 miles) -Restaurants/shops on 32nd are a 10 minute walk (.5 miles) - Sprouts grocery store, 24 hour fitness, and Starbucks within walking distance (.4 miles). -Union station is 2.7 miles away. Getting downtown in rush hour takes 15-20 minutes, 8 minutes with no traffic.
