For rent a private suite/room within 2/2 second floor end unit in a small co-op building in Hollywood Hills for a reliable person. Note: Minor house-sitting responsibilities required weekly/monthly, for example, in owners absence, picking up their mail, running faucets and cleaning A/C filters periodically in the main apartment. These duties do not take much of your time. Own entrance, private bathroom, and large walk-in closet. Kitchenette area with sink, induction cook top, microwave oven, toaster oven, coffee maker and refrigerator/freezer. This compact fully independent suite is furnished with a high-quality full-size Murphy bed, desk, bookshelves, day-time sitting area with sofa, chairs, and table. Only the outdoor sitting area by the entrance door is shared with owners. Swimming pool and coin laundry at the premises. Nice quiet neighborhood, yet close to all services. Easy access to I-95, historic downtown, and Hollywood beach. Possible to walk to Publix, Target, and many other services, including restaurants. Hollywood downtown and beach are short drive away. Public transportation also available. Parking in front of the building. Available from 2/15/2024 for a fixed term ending 11/31/2024. Contract start day negotiable after mid-February. After fixed contract term, it may be possible (but not guaranteed) to continue month to month. Short walking distance to Hollywood Regional Hospital and an easy access to both Fort Lauderdale and Miami airports. For a right person, this will be your easiest move-in ever. Just bring your toothbrush, clothes, and personal items, and you will be all set! You will need first and last month + security deposit to move in. Electricity by usage. Own internet/cable contract. No pets. No smoking indoors. Association approval required. We are looking for a reasonably handy, trustworthy person who has good credit and clean background.
