This house comes with us checking/changing your air-filters each month, pest control, ring security system, lawn care and appliances. The house is currently fully furnished and we are willing to come up with a price to either lease the furniture or let you buy it. We have utilities billed to you each month so you don't have to worry about connecting them when you move in. it currently has internet speeds of 100MBS download speeds. We have ability to get even faster internet and Direct TV upon request as well. We take great pride in providing the best service to our tenants.
