Basement for storage. *The cozy bedroom has a queen size Tuft and Needle very comfortable mattress with nice quality linens. *Fully stocked kitchen with convection oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee and grinder, pots/pans. *Large capacity stacked washer/dryer in laundry room. *Air conditioning/heating units are new and keep the entire house very comfortable. *The house is on a deep lot with a sunny backyard, and many native plants and flowers in the front yard. The neighbors in the houses on either side are friendly and respectful. *Owner managed and we have been 5 star Superhosts for over10 years, loving what we do, and accommodating to all tenants! You won't be missing home while staying here! Monthly rental terms and 30 days notice to leave. Maximum 2 pets. No smoking anything in the house. No artificially scented products or candles. We supply eco friendly cleaning products.
