The building is accessed through a secure open-air breezeway that connects you to the open-air walkways and stairs (surrounding atrium garden spaces) leading you to your Bungalow.Every Bungalow has it's own private terrace space that adds 20%+ of area to your home, and every occupant has access to two communal roof gardens with 360 degree views of the LA skyline and areas to sit, work or relax.Unlike most other homes, our SuperBungalows enhance your wellbeing by incorporating filtered air and water, all-electric appliances (so you don't have gas pouring into your home whenever you cook or run your shower/HVAC ) and low VOC-emitting materials/finishes.The homes feature products from our brand partners including Pella Windows & Doors, RBW lighting fixtures, Fisher & Paykel all-electric appliances and induction cooktop, Roseburg millwork, etc.As an occupant of one of our buildings, you can rest assured knowing that you are doing your part to reduce reliance on fossil-fuels while supporting a building type with sharply reduced consumption of natural resources. The building is 100% electric and powered by a 20kW solar/PV system. All rainwater that hits the site is captured in rain cisterns and used for irrigation.Every home has access to parking and EV charger access.Please note: Sq Ft. listed are estimates based on the footprint of the Bungalow and the attached terrace spaces.
