Everything is well taken care of. This is not an especially high crime area and the property is secure. The unit is away from the street and has its own alarm system. There are motion sensor lights including one at the entrance to the unit. The property has locked gates. The Laurel shopping district is about 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes by bike. There are cafes and a market with some organic produce available. A bus runs on 35th Ave, close to the property. The Fruitvale BART station is about 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes by bike. It's only 3 stops on BART from Fruitvale to Embarcadero in San Francisco. $1800 with utilities and internet included. Security deposit $1800. Total move in cost $3600. 1 year term No smoking anywhere on the property. Credit report and income verification required. We don't have an exact date yet as my wonderful current tenant (sorry to see her go!) is in the process of looking for a new place.
