The first floor is a common area, that takes you right upstairs to the second floor and brings you to the living/ dining area, kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The third floor has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a big closet, a bathroom with a shower, two sinks and a closet. There is another full bathroom upstairs with a bathtub. There's a closet just outside of the hall bathroom and the other two rooms have a nice space for closets. All the rooms have big windows allowing lots of natural light! This are is quiet, yet it's close to businesses and shopping center. There are two assigned parking spaces in the back and several spaces for visitors, etc. This location is within walking distance of the grocery store, the beach, banks, restaurants, pharmacy, gas station, etc. The high school is just down the street and the beach is about 5 blocks away.
