We are looking for new tenants for our unfurnished 3 bedroom/ 2 bath house in the Cole. House includes fenced front and back yard, beautiful living area with exposed brick, and a large kitchen with granite counter tops. In walking distance to the 29th and Downing Station as well as the 38th and Blake A-Line Station. Walking distance to great child friendly (and dog friendly!) parks. Amenities include: two car garage, ample street parking, good closet space, basement storage, HE washer & dryer, central heating & cooling, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, gas range, LED lighting. Move in date: June 1st (some leeway here depending on needs). Cats & Dogs welcome Applicants will be required to submit a credit and background check and sign a 12 month lease.
