It includes a brand new gas range/ convection oven, state of the art washer and dryer, refrigerator, tankless water heater, mini-split heat/AC, and a view of the Downtown LA skyline from the bedroom. 5 minute from the Arts District and only a few minutes from the 5, 101, 160, and 10 freeways. There is plenty of natural light pouring into the house and you have a back patio that gets plenty of sunlight as well. I will pay for all utilities except internet and cable.
