About This Property

This house has a unique and rustic exterior vibe but incorporates all the sought after modern urban amenities. It is a freestanding home with free designated private parking and gated entry. The driveway is all made of decomposed granite aka DG. It was built only a couple months ago so everything is brand new and to code. There are no shared spaces with the front house and all pets are welcome. It includes a brand new gas range/ convection oven, state of the art washer and dryer, refrigerator, tankless water heater, mini-split heat/AC, and a view of the Downtown LA skyline from the bedroom. 5 minute from the Arts District and only a few minutes from the 5, 101, 160, and 10 freeways. There is plenty of natural light pouring into the house and you have a back patio that gets plenty of sunlight as well. I will pay for all utilities except internet and cable.
