Great location in the middle of Highlandtown, central to Canton, the waterfront, Fells, Johns Hopkins, etc. Fully renovated in 2023 featuring exposed brick, granite countertops, and in-unit washer/dryers. Easy angled street parking which is hard to find elsewhere in the neighborhood! Testimonials: "I rented here highly recommend him and the apartment. The owner was always available for any needs and easy to communicate with. When I had a one-time issue with the A/C unit, he immediately responded and fixed it. It’s clear he cares about this unit - during my 2 years I never had any other issues. The Highlandtown neighborhood is really nice and safe; with Patterson Park being a close 5-minute walk. There are plenty of great places to eat and drink nearby as well as a nice library (Enoch Pratt). When my car needed to be fixed, it was easy to get around on the bus with the blue line." -Chris (rented while working at Hopkins)
