We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints, parties or gatherings of any sort. Quiet hours are daily from 10:00PM to 8:00AM. Sound amplification devices, such as speakers, are never allowed at the home, and quiet hours are strictly enforced. The pool and jacuzzi are off limits during quiet hours and any violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of your reservation mid-stay, without refund. Unauthorized additional guests or visitors will result in an unauthorized visitor fee of $250 per person. The use and heating of the hot tub is always included in the price of your stay, however the pool is not heated and does not have the possibility to be heated. Guests who turn the pool heater on will be responsible for the cost of the gas used to heat it, which can be up to $300 per day. Pets are not allowed, and guests who bring unauthorized pets onto the property will be responsible for a fine of $250 per pet, and any additional cleaning charges. Our property is 100% smoke free, and evidence of smoking will result in a fine up to $2,000 for smoke remediation. No illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises, and doing either will result in immediate eviction from the property. Check-in is 4:00PM or later unless other arrangements have been approved by the host. Check-out is at 11:00AM unless previously discussed. Guests shall vacate the unit at the end of its rental period. If the housekeepers arrive on time at 11:00 AM and the unit is not vacated, guests will be charged $100 every fifteen minutes past 11:00 AM for their delay. You must be at least 25 years old to reserve our property. Guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on the booking platform, including an email, phone number, and a clear photograph of your face. This property implements video surveillance in outdoor public areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests. For those mixing work with play, a private executive office downstairs provides a serene, enclosed courtyard, ensuring a productive environment. The second living room in the loft also offers a dedicated desk space.
