3511 N Racine Apartment 1E This is a two bedroom, one bathroom unit with washer and dryer in unit. We have central air conditioning, stainless steal appliances and a cardio room in the building. This is four blocks from the Addison red line station and three blocks from the Southport brown line station. We are seeking out individuals to absorb a current lease that we have. Once you've solidified that you'd like to live here, we'll pass you off to our leasing agency. Current rent is $1,950/month not including gas and electric. Internet and cable is not included but our utilities run about $150 a month on average for everything. There also may be additional application and processing fees they require. Street, permit parking is available and also there is storage space provided. The photos included are from both current and previous tenants.
