About the Listing Agent
Patricia Phillips
Keller Williams R. E. Services
5-Star Review Service Provided: Bought a Single Family home Location: Verdugo Viejo, Glendale, CA Year: 1988 (Review written in 2021) "She was right and we were wrong in being hesitant." An old but well-deserved review. Back in the late 80s, we were looking for a home and were getting tired of the process. We ran into Patricia by accident and asked her to help. She came over and spent time with us, trying to truly understand our preferences. She then took us to see (if I'm not mistaken) six houses—not to buy, but to understand our assessment of what we had seen. Shortly thereafter, she said she had the perfect house for us, but it was $250K over our stated budget. Our initial response was that we had no interest, as it would leave us with no funds for renovations. Time went by, and finally, we agreed to go see the property. It became our home of now almost 33 years! It just took us a long time to do the work we had intended. She was right, and we were wrong in being hesitant. Review 2 This will introduce PATRICIA PHILLIPS, a real estate agent who is much more than the title represents. She is a unique, talented and creative realtor who is able to quickly, effectively and efficiently take care of any related selling or buying needs, over and beyond the usual real estate requirements. These qualities are important because when selling or purchasing a home or in any real estate venture, there are so many unforeseen challenges that arise that must be addressed immediately and accurately. Ms. Phillips has the skills, talents and intelligence to comply with what is needed and, in addition, is able to be proactive and anticipate what would be needed prior to actually having it required, instead of being reactive, which saves time and, more importantly, money. When we sold our Glendale condo, we moved, prior to placing it on the market. Ms. Phillips went way beyond the usual and customary realtor functions and duties, in order for the sale to be finalized and completed successfully. This involved being available and monitoring the cleaning and repairing of all the condo needs to ensure that it sold at the highest price possible. (This included washing windows, cleaning of rugs, and other minor repairs that needed different vendors to obtain the necessary repairs.) There were many items that remained in the condo after our move and she ensured that everything was removed before the closing, including selling a washer and dryer at a good price, so that the final inspection was a success without any additional requirements before the closing sale was completed. I know that the time she spent after our move to enable the sale to go as efficiently as it did was extraordinary and I also know that very few realtors would have performed any of these services at all and, if they did, would ask for additional compensation. I sincerely hope you choose Ms. Phillips as your realtor; It is a decision you will never regret, for not only is she excellent at what she does, but, more important, she really cares deeply for her clients and their satisfaction and happiness is her ultimate goal. Sincerely, Rosemary Montana August, 2023
