Apache Pier, the East Coast's longest wooden pier, is minutes away and offers fun and fishing for the whole family! Here for the Golf? Arcadian Shores Golf Club is one mile away! Take a much needed getaway for a weekend or longer! Arcadian Dunes boasts amenities such as: Large community Pool Multiple Grilling Areas Children's Play Area Tennis Court On site bar and restaurant, Harry the Hat's Walking Distance to Beach and Pier! Other Things to Note: Upon arrival, you will need to go to the front office to purchase a parking pass / pool pass for your stay. The charge for this pass is $20 for up to seven days. If you are staying longer than seven days, the pass will be $30. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer inside the condo! No more than two parking passes are permitted. This condo is completely non-smoking (this includes vaping) including the balcony. No Pets allowed. We only rent to adults over the age of 25 This unit is a 3rd floor walk up. This complex is NOT motorcycle or trailer friendly. This unit is available for monthly rentals from December 3, 2024 through April 3, 2025. Rent is $1,495 per month, security deposit is $1,495.
