The courtyard has been renovated with a BBQ area and fountain. Recently, the kitchens have been remodeled with new oak cabinetry, stoves and granite countertops. Laundry facilities are also available. The building and parking are gated and include excellent safety features, such as closed circuit TV monitoring the entry gate, and remote opening of the main courtyard entry gate. The building has cable TV access as well as a master antenna system that offers excellent free airwave TV reception. There is an atmosphere of friendship and community in the building.
