Rude receptionist

I called to inquire about prices and available and was greeted with a very rude leasing office representative, who not only did not answer my questions, but raised her voice when I asked if there were 1 bedroom apartments available - even though it shows on Apartments.com that they did indeed have a 1 bedroom available.
