Very clean custom built Duplex(no afterthought conversion). 800sq ft with newer hardwood floors. Always had long term tenants. One bedroom and one bath with attached one stall garage. No dishwasher. Nice private concrete Back patio with no yard work. Tenant takes care of snow. We check References, police record, past landlords and rental record(not falling for the-we owned our last house or this is our first rental), No pets, No loud tenants, and no project cars etc. We don't accept housing vouchers.
