I’m very happy with the experience here but I would like have areas to spend time in winter and playground for the kids. Also we could access to the club house at the night with an especially key and camaras for the security.
From my first visit and sit down with Edeny, all of my interactions have been top notch. Pricing is excellent for the location and amenities. Service has been stellar.

Nice but they don't answer phones well and their email isn't listed anywhere. Area is nice though and the person that gave me the tour was also nice, I haven't moved it yet but hopefully everything goes well

Had no problems moving in. My pups are big fans of the dog park. The community is nice and private. I’ve been here 2 days and already excited for 3 events that are happening here at the complex. Very pleased so far.

Pretty quiet complex. Maintenance staff are fast and friendly. I just wish people would pick up after their dogs. And i absolutely hate the one BMW that leaks a ton of oil all over the parking lot at building #7.

I'm only one week in, and i am hopeful we can turn this experience around but this has been the WORST experience so far. Lease agreement being 'lost' , apartment not being cleaned before move in. I have spent nearly 12 hrs cleaning it to the standard it should have been when i moved in. Appliances were damaged , washer water line didn't work and when it was 'fixed' they never affixed the drain line, so my apartment flooded, it took emergency maintenance 2 hrs to arrive. SEVERAL other issues. The main gate was 'broken' over the weekend and was left open all weekend. Complex is FULL of weeds. This is far from the luxury experience i imagined.

Mostly quiet here but people don't pick up after their dogs. Rent is a bit higher than I'd like and my new upstairs neighbors are trash and throw their trash off the balcony and it accumulates in front of my back porch. I'm getting tired of picking it up.

Nothing but great things to say so far! I recently just signed my lease at 35 west and Beth made the process so easy for my boyfriend and I. She made us feel welcome and answered all of our questions through out the entire process. She is Awesome! So far we really have enjoyed being a resident here. The complex is clean and feels very safe.
I enjoy living here and have for a year now. The maintenance Luis and Gustavo are always very nice and handle any work orders I've input very quickly. The office ladies, Ashley, Beth and Andrea have always been lovely and helpful. Ashley and Beth are knew but they fit right in and are very pleasant and helpful!

So far it’s okay when we moved in it was dirty and we have seen lots of trash left out by resident while they don’t get in trouble at all also some dog owners don’t pick up after their dogs

I was in a bad situation and was forced to relocate. Crystal the lease agent took very great care of me and made the move enjoyable. They are so many things to do in the area and community is great so far.

I love this apartment complex the Staff members are so helpful especially Andrea and Crystal :) I love that the maintenance team is very helping as well and is able to fix anything regarding apartment issues in a timely manner, very nice and respectful. They have events throughout each month which is a pretty cool way to meet new neighbors

I love this place, because is quiet and friendly, the only thing I dislike is that some neighbors don't pick up after their dogs and some gardens smell very bad.

Staff is great here always eager to help and quick to respond. Apartments are very nice and have a great price. The only thing I would change about this place is maybe add a few different machines in the gym. It is the only flaw I have found in my tenure here

I love the atmosphere here and moving in was quick and easy. The area is fairly quiet and its close to my work. I'm glad I moved here, it has been a great decision.

Overall great apartments. Nice inside with a good layout. For the location, the price does feel high. In addition, machines at the gym are often down.

I have lived in many apartments and nothing compares to 35 west and their team! I have been treated so well and they are timely about any maintenance request! Crystal has been amazing to work with and made the process so easy and smooth. I have lived with 35 west in the past and was so disappointed with the last apartment complex I moved back to 35 west! If you go to look at apartments go see Crystal!
