About This Property
This beautiful brick ranch with a fenced-in yard is perfectly located for those seeking an extended stay in the upstate- just 5 minutes from Downtown, Bob Jones University, and Haywood Mall. De Ila's place is available for monthly rental. I-385 is just right around the corner, providing easy access to wherever you may need to go. Guests can expect to relax comfortably in our fully updated brick ranch, decorated with an upscale Farmhouse aesthetic. Welcome to De Ila's Place, where we've thought of everything, so you don't have to. De Ila's is a pet friendly ($250 fee after booking) fully furnished home with utilities included. Our home is available for monthly stays (30 days-6 months). Guests will enjoy parking in our carport for easy entrance into the home. Once inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space to whip up a great meal. There is seating for 4 at our hand-made rustic Farmhouse table, and additional seating for 4 at the bar. The kitchen surveys a large living area with cozy couches and armchairs and our TV, which offers access to streaming only. The back of the house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The hall bath has a full combination tub/shower and bathroom. The first room features a Queen bed and closet, and the second features two full beds, with dresser and closet space. The Master suite occupies the back corner of the house. A large King bed is ready and waiting for rest after a long day, and a TV is mounted on the wall for logging into your favorite streaming services. The Master bathroom has its own ceiling heater for extra luxury when getting out of the shower, and the shower itself has a bench for use if needed. A large closet and utility room has been added off of the Master bedroom. This features a new front-loading washer and dryer and laundry sink. Best of all is the doggy door for letting your furry friend come and go from the fenced in yard as they please. We can't wait to welcome you, your family, friends, and pets into our home! We do assess a one time $250 pet fee if you are planning to bring pets with you ($100 per additional pet). Feel free to reach out with questions as you have them!
