Free parking is available with a 2-car garage, a 2-car driveway, and street parking. High-speed Wi-Fi is available. This home is centrally located just 5 minutes from downtown Indianapolis, Lucas Oil Stadium, and top attractions. Nearby attractions include The Children's Museum of Indianapolis (5-minute drive), Newfields (9-minute drive), Indianapolis City Market (12-minute drive), Indiana State Museum (13-minute drive), White River State Park and Central Canal (14-minute drive), Indianapolis Zoo (15-minute drive), Soldiers & Sailors Monument (15-minute drive), Eagle Creek Park (17-minute drive), and Indianapolis Motor Speedway (18-minute drive). There is a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. No weapons, firearms, drugs, or illegal sexual activity of any sort are allowed, and violators will be reported to the police. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, and any smell noticed by cleaners or physical evidence of smoking will result in a $300 fine. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and any evidence of a party or event will result in a $500 fine, legal action, and possible eviction. An unauthorized animal/pet fee is $250. Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300. Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition, and any permanent stains will fall into the category of negligent damage. Guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves. Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules can result in a fine of up to $1000 and/or eviction from the property. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time. Security cameras are located outside all angles. [SI]
