Professionally designed to meet a family-friendly environment, this home is perfect for hosting friends and family. The Sawtooth home has all the necessities to bring a heart-warming feeling during your stay. Outdoor and garage amenities, including BBQ grills, are offered as a courtesy and are considered self-maintained. While efforts are made to prepare these areas, they are exposed to weather and natural elements and may not always be in working condition during your stay. This home is professionally cleaned and pest-controlled, but due to the location, occasional outdoor insects or wildlife (ants, spiders, flies, squirrels, etc.) may be present, which is considered normal for the area. Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and a fee of $50 per pet per stay. From I-84 W take exit 33 Karcher Rd towards Nampa/Marsing. Take a right onto W Karcher Rd. Take a right onto S Montana Ave, then a left on Gresham Dr, right onto Suffolk Ave, then up to Ryeland, take a right, the home will be on the left. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and violation may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. Smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Tampering with security devices (e.g., cameras, doorbell, smoke detectors) is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. This home is in a lived-in neighborhood, and while it’s generally quiet, there may be occasional sounds of neighbors, pets, or traffic. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. [SI]
