For older students, the area is also within reach of Provo High School. Tenants with pets pay and additional $75 in pet rent monthly per pet. Pet deposit is an additional $750 per pet. Utilities are tenant responsibility, there is a $50 flat fee for water sewer and garbage and gas and electricity must be in the tenants name. Renter's insurance required upon move in.
