The fireplace in the home is not for guest use. Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 10 a.m. Failure to submit ID and/or security fees prior to check-in will not result in any refunds, and access to the property will not be granted. All reservations come with enough supplies to 'get started' not for the entire length of stay; tenants must purchase disposable items to sustain the duration of the reservation. For non-lease guests with pets, a refundable security fee of $200 for 1 pet, $400 for 2 pets, and $600 for 3+ pets applies. For leases, there is a monthly utility cap of $300, with guests responsible for any overages. A refundable security fee of $500 applies for leases, increasing to $700 for 1 pet, $900 for 2 pets, and $1,100 for 3+ pets. For leases exceeding 30 days, the security fee increases to $1,500 total for guests without pets and $2,500 total for guests with pets.
