About This Property

This unit is available for move in February 15th. Up to two spayed/neutered cats allowed. Come live on Eat Street South, Hola Arepa, Pat's Tap, Ramen Kazuma, and more, are walking distance from this 1st floor duplex, 2 bedroom+sunroom, 1 bath property. Enjoy off street parking with one garage stall with opener, and an open parking space (snow dependent). Need laundry? That is free, in the basement, and shared with your 2nd floor neighbor. Need charm with modern amenities? The floors are all hardwood except for the kitchen and bath, which are LVP. The foyer is large enough for bike storage, a desk or more, and open to the living room. A sunroom off the living room has a french door, which brings in light but allows the space to be used as an office or den. The living room features a decorative fireplace and is open to the dining room which has the original hutch as well as a closet to store coats and more. The larger of the two bedrooms is off the dining room and has a walk in closet. The bathroom is just past the dining room and is a tub/shower combo, retiled in 2019, with new flooring and vanity/lights/fixtures then as well. The kitchen features stainless appliances, and quartz countertops, and room for two to prep. The second bedroom is off of the kitchen at the back of the house and nice and quiet, and also has room for a queen bed. There is a shared outdoor patio complete with umbrella, table, and chairs, just out your back door. Rent is $1500 per month which includes electricity (bring your own window air conditioning units), water, sewer, trash, and driveway plowing. $1300 deposit, and 6-9 month lease is required.
