Two large bedrooms available in the lower level of my home on a Month-to-Month basis. $950 Single Occupancy per room with all utilities included . If both rooms are rented by same party then discounted. These two rooms share a bathroom with shower and living room. Wood stove works great but there is also central heating. Shared kitchen and sunroom upstairs. Shared laundry for household downstairs. There will never be more than 4 people total. I have one male indoor/outdoor cat so another won't work. Possibility of a dog allowed, yard is fenced. One on street parking spot per room. Storage shed available shared with other room tenant. Proof of Income, Background check, Renters Insurance and References required. Furnished or unfurnished.
