Hi I'm Kyle, I'm renting out the ground floor unit of my duplex. This unit has all hardwood floors with south facing windows. Amenities include a dishwasher, shared laundry, large storage room, large kitchen, central heating, garage spot for a medium sized vehicle, shared yard, and a front porch. One of the bedrooms is large, while the other 2 are small. The bathroom has a large jacuzzi style tub. Tenant utilities include electricity and gas, with an option to split internet. I pay sewer/water/trash. Pets are welcome at no additional cost, and the yard has a chain linked fence. Lease would initially be 6 months with an option to renew into a year long lease. Application fee if you apply through the site is $30 per person, otherwise it would be $50 per person on the lease. This fee is for background/eviction/credit checks. I also require income verification of at least 2.5 times the rent (gross income) or an alternative form of payment such as Section 8 vouchers. I will be repainting at least the purple and teal rooms and am open to repainting the other rooms if the colors aren't to your liking.
