This apartment is in a small 13 unit courtyard apartment building that was built in 1957. It sits just one block north from Hawthorne on 35th and S.E. Madison St. with easy walk-ability to Fred Meyers and all the great restaurants and shops that you will find on Hawthorne. You can also catch the Tri-Met bus number 14 and go right into down town Portland. The studio has recently received a face lift with new kitchen counter tops, a tile back splash and lighting in the kitchen. The bathroom has been totally remolded and has a new tiled walk-in shower. New interior and exterior doors, double pain windows and the oak wood floors have been refinished. There is no dishwasher, garbage disposal, or washer and dryer in the unit. We do have a laundry room in the basement with a brand new coin-op washer and dryer. The rent is $1100.00 and we only do Month to Month contracts. The rent includes the electric, heat, water, sewer, garbage, and a very large storage locker (6 x 10). Garage is an extra $140.00 per month Sorry, no pets in this unit.
