Violations of any house rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a refund. Only registered guests may access the property. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited. Respect quiet hours, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee. Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 remediation charge. A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each. We are not responsible for lost items. You may need to sign a rental agreement, provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and submit a selfie matching your ID. We conduct additional screening after booking and reserve the right to decline reservations that do not pass verification.
