This one-bedroom apartment does have a second 14.5' x 8' bonus room that would make a great office space, craft room, or ? There is no dishwasher, garbage disposal, or washer and dryer in the unit. We do have a laundry room in the basement with brand new coin-op washer and dryer. This would be a great unit for someone who can't do stairs. The apartments does have garages and one is available at this time. Garage is an additional $140.00 per month. The rent is $1,650.00 and we only do month to month contracts.
