The full kitchen provides the essentials: refrigerator, microwave, Whirlpool electric stove, stainless-steel oven, dishwasher, hot-water kettle, toaster, and coffee makers. A dedicated workspace, central air conditioning, and an in-unit washer and dryer add everyday comfort. Exercise equipment—elliptical, free weights, stationary bike, treadmill, and yoga mat—keeps routines on track. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please kindly let us know at least one week before check-in date, and we will arrange to set that up for you. Up to (2) cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. If you need an additional parking spot, there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where you can find extra parking spots for overflow parking (you can bring up to 5 cars into the community, but if you do, 3 would have to be parked in this section). During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. Please be extra careful with these rules as you might risk getting towed! Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
