About This Property
This is a super bright and freshly painted studio apartment above a farmhouse garage. It is very cute with hardwood floors throughout. The kitchenette has a stovetop, sink and refrigerator with plenty of shelf space above. The bathroom is a nice size and includes a granite shower/bathtub. While this studio is attached to our house, it has a separate entrance with stairs to the second story. The unit is on a ranch with peacocks, sheep, goats, horses, a cow named Lucy and working Border Collies. It's a great location in the wine country but only 1/4 mile away from the city limits off Temecula Parkway between Butterfield stage and Anza rd. There is easy access to Rancho California Rd, or Temecula Pkwy/79 South. You're only three minutes from Ralphs, CVS, Fitness 19 and a plethora of restaurants. This space isn't large but it's perfect for someone looking for a studio on property. We're looking for someone who is quiet, and enjoys a ranch environment with animals. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis, and there is room for a horse at an extra cost.
34355 De Portola Rd is an apartment community located in Riverside County and the 92592 ZIP Code.
