Property Ratings at 3430 East Apartments
Just by looking on the outside I was a little unsure. But the renovations look very nice on the inside of the units. It looks as if some renovations are still ongoing. I was able to see the difference in 2 units as there was some cleaners cleaning one and had the door open. The manager was nice and gave me information and her card upon me meeting her.
Ive went and talk to the office manager in person multiple times and they said if i apply and get approved the admin fee is not refundable and if i get disapproved it's refundable. I got disapproved and now they don't want to give me my money back which is false advertisement. If you cant trust them to do what they say how can you trust them when your actually living there.
Great looking apartment. Richland terrace had bugs, broke sliding door, and broke heat. The heat smoked. They didnt return my money. My otgee four apartments in Columbia, SC from 2000 to 2005 were great. Not sure what happen in 2013
