9 Month Sublet at Wolf Point West a Luxury building in River North with the ability to renew at the end of the lease. Great layout and closet space with modern finishes. The utility package is an additional $130 per month and includes everything except electric. Start the sublet in April 1-15 (some flexibility) and it ends January 28,2023. $75 application fee per person. Application will be provided by WPW management.
