Location couldn't be better to access DTC or downtown and other quaint neighborhoods. In between 2 RTD light rail stations: Yale and Southmoor. Lightrail can take you directly to DTC or Downtown. 1 Month Rental: $2800/month 2 Months Rental: $2500/month 3 or 4 Months Rental: $2100/month Security Deposit: $1000 Utilities: $250/month (includes internet, water, heat, gas, electric, trash/recycle).
