The garage space is reserved by the owners for the storage of garden equipment etc. However, the large storage shed attached to the garage is for the use of the tenant renting the home, and is ample space for bike or motorcycle storage, etc. Lawn and Garden maintenance for this property are provided for by the owners, but if you are a gardener and love to tinker in the garden this home is for you.
