More details upon application. APPLICATION POLICIES AND PROCEDURES VISIT THE PROPERTY: YOU ARE REQUIRED TO VIEW THE PROPERTY PRIOR TO APPLYING. We require all showing appts to be Pre-Qualified by answering a few questions and submitting a current Drivers License, or Government-issued ID. Located about a mile southeast of Downtown Spanaway, Elk Plain exudes a small-town atmosphere.
