Situated in a walk-up building, this apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Q subway station on 2nd Avenue and the 4, 5, 6 subway stations. This apartment features two separate bedrooms, a living room, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, table, chairs, cabinets, toaster, microwave and oven, electric kettle, refrigerator/freezer, and gas burners. The bathroom includes a sink, shower, and restroom. Clean linens and towels are provided. Each bedroom is furnished with a double-size bed, closet (with a walk-in closet in the master bedroom), heating/air conditioning, a computer desk, and windows. The living room offers a sofa that converts to a bed, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. A Roku Streaming Box is available for your entertainment. For some cases between June 1st and September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required. Pet friendly with an advance approval and a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. Located in the vibrant Upper East Side of Manhattan, this apartment is conveniently situated between 1st and 2nd Avenue. It's a short walk from the new Q subway line on 2nd Avenue (86th Street), the 4, 5, 6 subway stations (77th or 86th Street), and the M79 cross-town bus. Enjoy proximity to Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum, cinemas, coffee shops, and a wide array of stores. A laundry store and grocery store/deli are located right next to the building, with Starbucks Coffee just around the corner. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $350 per month (between June 1st - October 1st, utilities are $380 per month). The payment should be made directly to the host at check-in. Air conditioning (window unit) will be installed around Memorial Weekend. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, please provide advance notice of a few hours. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, you can receive packages without any issue. Please be aware that the furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please contact us for arrangements at an additional fee. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. For the safety and security of all guests, a valid government-issued photo ID, VOE letter, and a copy of a current paycheck or confirmation of school enrollment are required at check-in.
