Applicants take home pay must be three-four times the amount of rent per month. We here at Steel Town Rentals want you to live stress free in your new home and want to make sure you’re secure in your new home. A criminal background check will be conducted on applicants. Also regarding your past, we are going to need your rental history in your application of history. Your application may automatically be denied for the following reasons: -An outstanding debt to a previous landlord -A breach of a prior lease, a prior eviction, or an applicant or occupant in the process of eviction -More than one late payment in your rental year The application fee is a $20 nonrefundable fee. Any falsification in Applicant’s paperwork will result in an automatic denial of Application.
