We are walking distance to Browns Valley Market, nearby parks & local restaurant. The cottage is directly behind our home on 2 acres, where our horse grazes and you’ll find the area is very quiet & peaceful with a rural feel. The unit has a nice sized bedroom with double closets and a second small room that is perfect for a home office. Full bathroom has a tub/shower. Open concept kitchen & living room with Bamboo flooring throughout, granite countertops & custom touches (beautiful trim, colors and ceiling fan in open living room). Washer/dryer unit are also provided in the unit. Monthly rent includes full utilities - PG&E, water, garbage, Direct TV with your own DVR & premium cable channels and WIFI. Central heat and attic cooling fan. As the proximity of the cottage is very close to our home & master bedroom, absolutely no parties/late night entertaining outside is permitted and absolutely no smoking/drugs allowed. Parking is limited to one off-street parking space. An application fee to cover credit check will be required for each adult applicant. Must have good credit and income at least 2x rent. Max occupancy of two people. The cottage is adjacent to our field/horse who startles easily and kicks around small children, as such the space is not conducive to young kids. If, when you think of Napa, you think of endless rows of grapevines, sculpted mountain peaks, and impossibly blue skies -- well, you're right. But there's more to Napa than being the largest city in Wine Country and a dazzling display of rolling hills and vineyards. Napa is situated about an hour north of San Francisco, an hour south of Sacramento, and an hour west of the Pacific Coast. It is home to roughly 78,000 residents, an impressive 802 acres of park space, and fantastic year-round weather.
The Oxbow Public Market, located near the Napa River, is the place you'll want to shop after moving to a Napa apartment. The market contains a variety of specialty shops for everything from artisan cheeses to unique gift items to seafood. You can also shop downtown, surrounded by period architecture, mountain views, and wide sidewalks.
