Located behind a gate, step into the home through a grand front door and be welcomed by exposed wood and tile and an impressive foyer. On the first floor, a large eat-in kitchen that leads out to a large garage. A downstairs bedroom, large dining/sitting area, and a library/den are also located on the lower level of the home. Upstairs, a large master with a plenty of storage and an en-suite as well as an additional guest bedroom with en-suite complete the layout. Views abound from everywhere on the property with a spa located on property as well. In addition, this property offers horse stalls. Tenants MUST carry a personal property insurance policy with proper indemnification of owner and management company that covers any injury or death of all animals that reside on the property. Tenant is responsible for repair of any damage to stalls, fences, etc. and may make no changes without prior approval. New fencing is planned for install in the coming months to connect properly to the gates for greater security; trenching and burying of utilities is planned as well.
