Subletting 1Room of 2BR apartment Albany Park Starting June 1st or July 1st My roommate is subletting his room, in a 2BR beautiful apartment. The Apartment? Location Situated in Albany Park, at the corner of W Wilson and Kimball, the apartment is a one block walk to the Kedzie and Kimball brown line stops. The 82 bus goes N/S and is a 20 minute ride to Logan Square. CVS, Walgreens, as well as Tmobile store, Andy’s Fresh Market (grocery store) are one/two blocks from the apartment. The neighborhood is well located, and quiet. The Bedroom The room is 10”x11”, can comfortably accommodate a queen size bed and nightstands, dresser / drawer dresser, bookshelves, and a desk. There is a spacious in wall closet with extra shelving as well. The common areas The common rooms include a big living room and spacious kitchen with dishwasher as well as microwave; there is a small back porch, a laundry (washer and dryer) room in unit with plenty of shelf space for additional utensils (paint, light bulbs, tool box etc), plenty of storage space (coat closet in the living room), as well as cabinet space in the kitchen. The one bathroom has plenty of storage space for toiletries. Parking spot in the back of the building included. Let's talk numbers Rent is 637.50$ a month, it includes the water bill and the parking spot rental. Bills include electric, gas, and Internet, and don't usually amount to more than 100$ a month total. Who will be your roommate You will be living with... me! I'm a teacher, in her late twenties, working two jobs. I am a clean person, kind, nice, funny, and I can cook really good Italian food?. Interested in everything that is international, book or red wine related. Geek on the side! Thus, I am looking for : a responsible ?person, who will be able to pay rent and bills without delay (work background checks needed) ; a CLEAN?person, who will be able to keep common areas clear of clutter (no unwashed plates in the sink, we have a dishwasher! No clothes on the couch, we need to sit there! Please keep the shower clear of Chewbacca’s hair!); not a 24/7 in house parties person.
