This is a recently constructed (2013) energy-efficient unfurnished property located just south of Old Town Glendora (the photos were taken staged with furniture; no furniture is included in the rental). The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, dual-sink vanities in the bathroom, nice tile flooring, and a glass shower enclosure. The other bedroom on the 3rd floor also has its own bathroom. The final bedroom is on the 2nd floor and its bathroom is just outside the bedroom, as it is shared with the rest of the 2nd floor. All of the fixtures and finishings are high quality, including the counter tops, backsplashes in the kitchen and all bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, and the engineered hardwood flooring. A stainless steel refrigerator is included for the kitchen, but not pictured. There is an enclosed front patio/porch with professionally installed artificial turf, a balcony, convenient indoor laundry (washer & dryer included) on the 3rd floor, window coverings, and a 2-car attached garage. This is a secure, upscale, and convenient location for many of life's day-to-day activities. Within a 2 block radius, you will have access to all the restaurants and shops located in Old Town Glendora (north of the property) and a supermarket with several other shops located around it (just south of the property). The post office is located across the street and the Police department and City Hall are within 1 block of the property. A new metro-station is also being constructed just south of the property (a 2 minute walk away), and expected to open sometime in 2025. There are also nice views of the mountains. For those with children, living in Glendora means access to the Glendora Unified School District. In terms of utilities, tenant will only be liable for the electricity and any TV/Wi-Fi service desired; however, this is a modern well insulated home with solar panels (lower electricity consumption). Water and trash are included. This is a gas-free unit. The kitchen has an induction range. Please look that up, it's not like cooking on a gas stove, and has some differences than an electric cooktop. There is central heating and air conditioning, but the property is well built so usage may be infrequent (depends on your preferences). Move in costs include security deposit and 1st months rent. Renters insurance will also be required.
