About This Home
Looking for a short term renter from now to April 15th. It is a low ecological footprint cabin meaning it is on a cistern (500 gallons). It has a sleeping loft with a reading area and king sized bed that isn't really included in the finished sq. ft. online. In total, it is about 650 sq. ft. It is fully furnished, has all small appliances (toaster, airfryer, coffe maker, etc. ), twoels, bedding, and dining wear. You pay trash and electricity. We do a soft background/credit check. You will probably do best with a 4 wheel drive vehicle, even though it has direct access off of 72. Please do not apply or consider it if you are not accustomed to restricted water or mountain living where there is snow and wind. You will need to supplement on cold days with a fire in the fireplace although it does have baseboard heating. Wood is not included. There is no onsite washer and dryer or stove. There is a laundromat in Arvada off of 64th or you can occasionally use the main cabin washer and dryer. This is reflected in the price. It may be perfect for someone looking to get away for the winter or for someone who works seasonally. Pets are ok if they are well trained and pet rent.
33440 Co-72 is a house located in Boulder County and the 80403 ZIP Code. This area is served by the Boulder Valley Re 2 School District attendance zone.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
